Practical Approaches to Executive Incentives in Challenging Economic Times


It began as an isolated problem for a few companies in a single sector. Today, the economic crisis is global and has affected companies in virtually every sector. In the short term, revenue and profit are forecasted to grow more slowly or even decline in many industries. At the same time, the credit crisis has dramatically impeded executives’ ability to manage the financial and market aspects of their businesses.
