Madoff undercard Marc Dreier received a 20-year prison sentence yesterday for his role in a promissory note scam that defrauded buyers of $700 million, according to the Wall Street Journal. The attorney and former managing partner of New York law firm Dreier LLP admitted in May that he in fact sold to investors notes that did not actually exist.
