MappingSuccessIn this one-day workshop Bea Boccalandro will offer support to employee volunteer program managers on both fronts. She will share findings from the leading benchmarking study, “Mapping Success in Employee Volunteering: The Drivers of Effectiveness for Employee Volunteering and Giving Programs and Fortune 500 Performance”. She will also help participants use the benchmarking data and the associated Drivers of Effectiveness management framework to identify potential improvements that can propel their programs from good to great.
