The technical director of Australia's first electric car trial launched in Perth this morning says they will be the biggest revolution in the automotive industry.
The University of Western Australia and the State Government have launched a two year trial with 10 electric cars to be used by the Government and business sector.
The trial will monitor the performance of the new vehicle and guage the technology's capacity and limitations.
