The Commission is currently consulting on its forthcoming statutory Codes of Practice and non-statutory guidance to cover aspects of the Equality Bill once it becomes law. The main purpose of this guidance is to help people understand the Equality Act and how it will affect them.
The consultation period for the non-statutory guidance runs until 16 April 2010. Thank you to all of you who have responded so far.
