‘China is the driver of global oil demand growth’
IEA Deputy Executive Director Richard Jones attended the 2nd China Overseas Investment Fair from 2-3 November in Beijing China.
He delivered two key note speeches to a Chinese audience interested in investing outside of China. Ambassador Jones discussed investment opportunities that could help transform the global energy system based on findings from the IEA publication, Energy Technology Perspectives 2010.
