Say on Pay Shareholder Survey Tool


U.S. companies are preparing for the new say-on-pay requirement giving shareholders a nonbinding vote on executive compensation. But say on pay is a straight up-or-down vote, and many companies would like to know more about their shareholders' views on the subject and engage them in a dialogue.
