Americans increase their online shopping, reading reviews and value opinions shared online While some stores differentiate themselves based on prices, others attract customers through unparalleled service, or uniquely trained sales personnel.

As Americans increase their online shopping and their reading of product reviews and discussions online, will the in-store shopping experience ultimately become obsolete?

These are some of the results of The Harris Poll of 2,258 adults surveyed online between September 1 and 3, 2010 by Harris Interactive.
