The Corporate Library, GovernanceMetrics International and Audit Integrity have announced that they will be merging into one governance research and ratings firm.
The Corporate Library, GovernanceMetrics International (GMI) and Audit Integrity announced today that they will be merging the three companies into one, operating collectively under the GMI name. The firm will continue to provide investors and shareowners with objective governance ratings and research.
Jack Zwingli, former CEO of Audit Integrity, will become CEO of GMI, and Richard A. Bennett will serve as executive chairman. The combined firm’s board will consist of Nell Minow, Robert A.G. Monks, James A. Kaplan, Ric Marshall, Howard Sherman, Gavin Anderson and Laurie Adami.
