The Sustainable Governance Indicators (SGI) assess the need for reform and the reform capacity in the government's performance in 30 industrialized nations belonging to the OECD. Similar to the "Bertelsmann Transformation Index (BTI), the SGI in a" status "and a" Management Index "divided. Quantitative data from international organizations are supplemented by qualitative assessments of recognized countries experts. Early 2011 to appear the next edition of the biennial update of SGI.
