Victorian Premier Ted Baillieu says he accepts the findings of a report commissioned by his government, that Victoria won't be the worst hit by a carbon tax.But he says it could come off worst further down the track.
For months Mr Baillieu argued the tax would have the heaviest economic impact in Victoria, and his Treasurer Kim Wells repeated the claim after the Deloitte Access Economics report was released on Tuesday.
