During its meeting of 20 February 2013, ITRE Members confirmed the recent agreement with the Council on the ENISA Regulation (result of the vote: 48 in favour, 2 against, 0 abstentions), Rapporteur Giles CHICHESTER (ECR, GB) - (2010/0275(COD).

The adoption of the new Regulation in Plenary is scheduled for April 2013.
