Board Diversity goes hand in hand with good corporate governance, says new report

Good corporate governance is strongly linked with the presence of women on the board, according to new research from Cranfield School of Management.

The 2004 Female FTSE index offers clear evidence that companies with women directors are better in terms of corporate governance practices compared to companies with all male boards.
