Life's tough guys! Welcome to the real world of having to oversee and, sometimes, having to tell you clients the bad news!

This is one of the sectors that needs to have a upward revaluation in rates and in compensation. We need to have quality people in this business, with independance, knowledge and, where necessary, strength of character.

Telling your clients the bad news is not easy, especially given the pressure they are going to put on you and especially with the danger that they will go elsewhere.

Hopefully elsewhere will also be professional so clients will realize that the option of changing will not lead to an easing in the controls.
