Independence the issue at Unilever

Good to see the issue of independant board members taking front page news. It is the big, visible companies that need to take the lead so that everyone sees that this isn't just talk.

A Director with a consulting contract is clearly not independant and a Chairman with a current role in the Company also is cannot be considered independant.

Let's keep the pressure up guys, this will make things better.
