Enterprise Risk Management and Corporate Reputation to Be Examined at The Conference Board's 2005 Corporate Governance Conference in Beijing

Leading corporate governance experts, regulators, and investors from the Asia-Pacific region and the rest of the world will meet in Beijing next month to examine enterprise risk management and corporate reputation in light of the ongoing privatization of Chinese enterprises.

Investors are concerned with issues of transparency, accountability and conflicts of interest. Chinese corporate leaders, on the other hand, are concerned with how to succeed in this new and demanding environment.

The Conference Board's 2005 Conference on Corporate Governance -- Enterprise Risk Management and Corporate Reputation -- will be held April 12-13 at the China World Hotel in Beijing.
