AIG's Greenberg pleads the 5th

While we have been critical of Mr. Greenberg here in past postings, his constitutional protections need to be maintained and defended, without insinuation.

He has asked for more time to prepare and I can imagine how much preparation is required for this type of situation.

I would only note, however, that recently some Morgan Stanley employees were fired for doing just that. Are investment banking rules much tighter or were there constitutional violations here, I wonder.
