Step by Step: Corporate Governance Models in China
A new IFC report finds that better corporate governance can help Chinese companies achieve their plans of becoming national and international business leaders. IFC's experience in China demonstrates that while Chinese managers have a willingness to improve corporate governance, too often they don't know where to start.
The report includes information on IFC's approach to corporate governance, and case studies in the industrial and financial sectors showing how corporate governance benefited companies that improved practices.
Access Report in English and/or Chinese.
