Good morning everybody. A pleasure to be here. I seem to have a number of fingers in a number of pies. Corporate governance I suppose is one of them; corporate responsibility is certainly another one. And I actually prefer to think that I had the biggest finger in the biggest pie of all which is corporate leadership.
