It looks as if Havas shareholders have agreed to open up their Board to Vincent Bollore and his representatives. They may have believed that this will bring him into the tent and, as a result, stop the bickering.
It will be interesting to see what Alain de Pouzilhac, Havas CEO, will do, now that his proposals have been rejected as he had threatened resignation.
This was a battle of egos and having these egos around the same table may calm things down. I am not so sure.
