Working group for the International Financial Corporation’s “Corporate Governance in Azerbaijan” Project, US Embassy in Baku and US Department of Commerce co-organized a round table discussion to exchange experience and knowledge in the sphere of corporate governance in Azerbaijan. Representatives of the Asian Development Bank, European bank for Reconstruction and Development, Bankworld Ýnc, State Secretariat for Economic Affairs and other structures participated in the event. The discussion focused on importance of the corporate governance and ethics programs, development of training curricula for the companies with outside capital, business environment in Azerbaijan etc.
