Pirc, the corporate governance and voting service, is urging shareholders to vote against remuneration and bonus proposals at Greene King, the Suffolk-based brewer which last week launched an agreed bid for Scotland's Belhaven.
Pirc told shareholders that the conditions attached to a share option scheme were not stretching enough.
