Corporate governance seminar

The Doha chapters of US-based Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) will jointly hold a seminar on ‘Corporate Governance’ on Tuesday and not today as reported in Gulf Times yesterday.
The seminar, which is being conducted in the backdrop of the Enron and WorldCom accounting scandals, will start at 6:30pm at the Ramada Hotel and is aimed at strengthening the professional ties between the Institute of Internal Auditors and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
