President of the Federation of Bangladesh Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FBCCI) Mir Nasir Hossain believes that success of a businessman depends on hard work, perseverance, commitment and integrity.
“There must be a vision to achieve certain goals. Determined efforts may lead to success,” he told The New Nation in an exclusive interview.
“Young entrepreneurs should follow the principles of success. There is no short –cut to victory. Private sector offers an opportunity for showing outstanding performance.”
On business climate Mir Nasir said it is generally satisfactory although there was scope for further improvement in many areas such as- infrastructure, power supply, financing, communication facilities, good governance, procedure, tyranny of the bureaucracy and human resources development.
