Implications of SEC-Proposed Changes on Executive Pay Reporting

A panel of experts lead by Tim Bartl, Assistant General Counsel, for the HR Policy Association will discuss the implications of the SEC-proposed changes to executive pay. The panelists representing decades of executive compensation and SEC experience, will discuss:

  • Current regulations and the potential implications of the proposed changes
  • How the proposed rule changes will affect current and future proxy seasons
  • Potential burdens of these proposed changes on reporting and record keeping in public companies
  • What can be done now -- and in the future -- to prepare organizations for compliance.
