According to Frank Maguire, founder of Maguire Communications and former Senior Vice-President of Industrial Relations for FedEx, passion, attitude and interpersonal relations are the ingredients one needs to mix in order to score success in all fields of life. This is the gist of the talk he delivered at IESE's Barcelona campus last week.
The session, titled "Worker's Motivation, Customer's Satisfaction," was jointly organized by Adecco and IESE's International Research Center on Organizations (IRCO). Other speakers were Adecco Operations Manager Joan Ferrer and IESE Professor Frederic Sabrià.
