Pay gap translates into a loss of around £330,000 over a woman's working life


On the same day the new ONS pay statistics were released -- showing the pay gap remains a shocking 17.2 per cent -- the Equal Opportunities Commission (EOC) has used these figures to estimate that the average woman working full-time will lose out on around £330,000 over the course of her working life.
