Spencer Stuart US Board Index 2006


The 2006 Spencer Stuart Board Index survey of S&P 500 corporations shows a change in the composition of new board directors as well as significant improvements in the ability of corporate boards to deliver improved independent and strategic oversight. The annual study examines the state of corporate governance and the ways governance has changed since the Sarbanes-Oxley Act and new stock exchange standards took effect.
