
It is good news that the authorities investigate the actions of the Wallenbergs.
It is high time that minority shareholders, that are accustomed to reigning, were investigated for actions that may be to the detriment of all shareholders.
The actions of the Wallenbergs is aimed at positioning themselves to control the process, even to the extent that they can torpedo any deal which shareholders should have the right to entertain and decide upon.
Influential minority shareholders need to be held accountable.
