This is one of the recipes which Dr. Madhav Mehra, the President of the World Council for Corporate Governance has advanced for corporate success, including profitability.
He has told CEOs, directors, top business executives and stakeholders in Barbados that they must also embrace transparency, integrity and accountability, if their companies are to become more profitable in todays world. He spoke at the Cave Hill School of Business Conference on Corporate Governance at the Savannah Hotel. The title of Dr. Mehras presentation was Managing Risk, Value and Accountability: Corporate Governance Practices.
