The Best Team is a Diversified Team

A company's success comes down to the people who work for it, according to Kasper Rorsted, vice chairman of the management board of Henkel, who recently spoke on the global challenges faced by the company at IESE's MBA Global Leadership Series. Rorsted provided an overview of the current status of the company followed by a description of Henkel’s commitment to diversity as it moves forward into the global marketplace.
