What is the Entrepreneurs for Growth Summit?
“Entrepreneurs for Growth” is a yearly gathering of known keynote speakers, politicians and the elite of European growth entrepreneurs, and has taken place since 1997. This year it is organized by Europe’s 500 and IESE Business School. The Summit brings together successful entrepreneurs from across Europe to discuss the issues they face in their struggle for growth.
The format of the conference focuses on a main topic, which this year is “learning from the best,” as well as workshops about actual priorities. There is also a forum for the discussion and generation of political recommendations and improvements on the EU and regional levels (Policy Committee). Participating entrepreneurs have access to opportunities such as public private partnerships, European funding, public tenders, and can also contribute by sharing their experiences and ideas with the European Commission. This creates an environment which brings together corporate social responsibility, individual business interests and high level contacts.
