Welcome to the Latin America & Caribbean HR Forum website! We have designed this site so you can find out everything you need to know about our 10th anniversary edition of the Forum.
We have planned an exceptional program which we believe will provide you with a forum to exchange ideas on the critical human resource management issues facing organizations with operations in the region today.
In Forum 2007, we are offering an “Introduction to Latin America” series on the first afternoon of the conference. The conference will open formally on day 2 with a keynote plenary session followed by highly interactive concurrent workshops on specialized topics. We will wrap up the Forum on day 3 with a closing plenary session describing the results of groundbreaking research that Mercer is conducting on talent strategy.
