You won't want to miss the 2007 Fraud and Compliance Forum designed specifically for compliance officers and health attorneys who must advise their clients and institutions on the latest developments in fraud and abuse and compliance issues. Kicking off on Sunday afternoon, the day will not only include a Fraud and Abuse Primer, Compliance 101, and Compliance 202, but additional sessions on advanced issues in compliance and fraud and abuse. Monday's General Session will include presentations by Paul Fiorelli of Xavier University followed by a keynote address from Herbert J. Stern of New Jersey. US Attorney Alex Acosta of the Southern District of Florida will address the attendees during Tuesday's General Session.
