IMF Advertised Vacancies discriminate on application deadlines

I noticed in the International Monetary Fund´s (IMF) job vacancies page that positions for Financial Officer/Sr. Financial Officer have varying date deadlines by which nationals from different countries have to apply by.

As we see, nationals from Spain and Italy have far less time than those from France and Other, and numerous dates in between.

I wonder if there is any reason why the IMF believes that French nationals need or deserve to have a full eight weeks more than those from Spain or Italy.

Are they slower and requiring more time, or is there another form of discrimination creeping into the employment process...........nationalism?

We are still fighting against gender discrimination and age discrimination, is it really necessary to have yet another battle on our agenda!
