Britain’s Best Boss was launched in 2000 by Working Families to recognize individual bosses and line managers who take practical steps to help their staff balance their work and home lives. Previous winners have all had the ability to bring out the best in a team and individuals, and promote a "can do", flexible culture.
The search is on for Britain’s Best Boss 2007
Working Families and American Express are looking for the heroes and heroines who make a difference to people’s working lives. The judges will be looking in particular for bosses who:
