FRC seeks the views of Audit Committee Chairs on developments in corporate governance, reporting and auditing
The FRC will seek the views of Audit Committee Chairs from UK listed companies at an event to be held at the IET on 25 January 2010, commencing at 3.30pm for 4.00pm. The event, which will be interactive, will include discussions on recent changes to the Corporate Governance Code, the work of the AIU on promoting Audit Quality, the work of the FRRP, and the ethical standards for auditors.
