Chairman of Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Dr. Mirza Azizul Islam yesterday said that the SEC would soon introduce 'fit and proper test' for the market participants and would establish a training institute for the market participants.
Speaking as chief guest at a workshop on Corporate Governance jointly organised by the Chittagong Stock Exchange (CSE) and the Bangladesh Enterprise Institute (BEI), Dr. Islam added that the initiative was brought about by the CSE.
