* The Director-General of the WTO, Pascal Lamy will brief NGOs on the state of play of the Doha Round Negotiations.

* Interested NGO representatives that want to participate should fill out the request form indicating their name, contact details, and information on the organization they represent. The request form should be sent before Friday, 23 March to the following email address: Maria.Perez-Esteve@wto.org or via fax: + 41 22 7395777.
* All of the request forms will be processed by the External Relations Division of the WTO. NGO representatives will be notified by email of the arrangements for participation.
