Mission Critical Leader Leadership (MCL) is an intensive, focused program aimed at improving your leadership skills immediately. Starting even before you arrive at IESE, we ask you and your team to evaluate your leadership abilities in your present assignment. While at IESE, you will have the opportunity to assess your abilities and to develop a program for improving your impact as a leader, which will continue after the course. In fact, for 100 days after leaving IESE, we will assist you in building on the leadership concepts you have learned during the MCL program.
