We continue with the second in our series of blogs digesting the best thinking and ideas to come out of the IEDP Leadership Development Summit held on 22nd November.Today we look back at a lively Panel Discussion that included; the Chairman of a well-known PR Group, an Executive Director at a large consultancy firm, the Director of Custom Programs at a famous Business School, and the Head of Executive Development at a large financial services institution.
The discussion built upon the big theme raised by Lord Dannatt earlier in the day, namely that Leadership is as much who you are as what you do.
