Many successful companies are now focusing on talent development. These companies realize that the competencies of their people, and especially managers, are their most important source of competitive advantage. This requires a deep understanding of leadership competencies and of how to monitor and develop them.
The DLC program is a “safe” opportunity to do a check-up of one’s leadership competencies outside the corporate environment. Even before the program starts, participants carry out self-assessment, including a 360º feedback evaluation. During the course, managers receive feedback on their leadership competencies and on their own leadership style. Participants are guided in designing a practical plan for personal development and for achieving the strategic goals of the company through others.
